We noticed some mold/mildew odors after closing on a house. Daniel came in to do an inspection and found a couple issues and made recommendations. We fixed the first issue, but Daniel worked with us for 2 years while we worked to get resolution on the second issue. His team did excellent work remediating mold in the crawl space.
